BPC valve cleaning

I have been experiencing a loss of boost in my 1999 9-3 SE HOT for a little while. After reading some of the posts, I am planning to take a look at the BPC valve and clean it with compressed air to see if that remedies the problem. I was wondering what kind of air pressure I should be using to clean out the valve Something like 5psi or something more like 20-30 psi? Also, should I blow air through all three of the hose attachment points or just select ones? Thanks for any insight.
