I agree...the 2 dealers that I have taken my car to around here STINK!
I'm actually looking FORWARD to taking my car to an Indy shop since my warranty will expire in a few months even though I will have to pay for the repairs.

Why should I have to tell them how to do their job?
Why should I have to call 4 or 5 times to see if my car is ready?
Why should I have to take my car in over and over again for the same issues?
Why oh why oh why!!

I think the prerequisite for owning a Saab dealership and service department is to fill it with complete Morons for mechanics and hire idiots for customer service agents.

I hate to say it, but I've had better luck with the local Ford and Chevy dealers.

I bought a 2004 Acura TL that my wife drives. The Acura dealer's service department is a PLEASURE to deal with.

Can't see myself buying another Saab based on the POOR service I've gotten.
