No, the Saabs don't have a fuel shut off switch.
If the pot hole was really big it is a slight chance that the bounce/sloshing of the gasolin insde the tank wrecked havoc with the fuel pump assembly and actually broke the fuel pump.
I saw that scenario just a week ago.
The top portion (electric brush kit) of fuel pump had broken away from the bottom part.
The best way is to listen for the fuel pump buzz when cranking over the car and hook up a fuel pressure gauge to see if it is enough pressure.
If you don't hear the fuel pump you need to check for power back at the fuel pump connector under rear seat. If you have full power there, the fuel pump is dead.
