Brought mine in from the car to check this: you should have gotten -- in the leather holder for the manuals -- a little white folder with "CERTIFIED" on the front in big letters. Inside is a "documentation pocket" that should contain the canary (yellow) copy of the CPO Checklist. The first section is called "Vehicle History" and the last bullet point in that section is "Verify keys and remotes are present." It whould normally be checked "yes."
Also, on the front of the CPO "documentation pocket" in that folder is a checklist that the salesman should have signed for you that includes under "Deliver vehicle to customer" the item "Keys and codes."
"Keys" means more than one.
