for the second time. It's tricky. While pushing the spring toward the TB, you crank the ribbed thing back toward the rear (CCW). I really wasn't sure how I did it but you will feel some movement and hear and feel a "click" when it's done. And, as you said, the throttle plate arm will not move any more as you pull the throttle cable. Remember to clear the code first and then turn the car off, then do the reset. Good luck, C.
