Dean, I desperately need your expertise.
I was having the same problem Glen's having back in June. I didn't have the time or money to deal with it at the time so I just took the fuse out every time I left the car.
Low and behold, in the middle of August, I got in my car, put the fuse in, and then... **nothing**
So... I'm still thinking its the cabin fan speed controller that's on the fritz, but I can't for the life of me find it. I've taken my glove box and RHS panel out, looked everywhere. I see the big heat sink, more or less behind and to the left of the glove box's space, but I can't find the speed controller. I know what it looks like, saw it on eeuroparts.com, but I'm still having problems.
Do you think I damaged anything in the cabin fan system taking the fuse out and putting it back in day after day?
Is there a way to test/fix the fan speed controller once I locate it?
Anyone have pictures of where the fanspeed controller is? Or maybe a specific location.
Thanks in advance Dean and SaabNet!
Raffi
