Are you saying that you already stripped the Allen key hole in guide pins?
It's always difficult to give advice over internet since you don't know from what perspective, knowledge and tools the other person starts.
On the back of the caliper is two plastic caps that needs to be popped out and the Allen key hole in end of guide pin is hiding behind there.
You use a 7mm Allen socket or key to loosen the guide pins, remove the spring on the front and remove caliper and pads.
If you are also planning to replace the rotors you remove the two 18mm bolts holding caliper bracket to steering knuckle and the little bolt holding rotor to wheel hub.
