Sounds like the incompetence of Santa Monica Saab in 2004 who apparently didn't know how to install a new timing belt kit in my '95 900SE V6 and for some reason decided to loosen a strut mount and not bolt it back in tightly. I had taken the car in for its routine service. Fortunately while driving a couple of days later, almost blinded with the sudden rush of white smoke in front of me, I took it Pasadena's SYMES Saab who got everything fixed under Saab warranty. Santa Monica Saab also lost my key and remote, which caused me to have to return a day later and pay for a rental for an extra day -- which they refused to cover, saying that I should the spare key on-hand. I now go to THE RIGHT SOLUTION (thanks to Saabnet) - Walter is great with my car and very conscientious about costs and details. I don't know where you are located, but good luck to you!
