Ok, One scenario could be that if the stack system has gotten abused/hindered by something it might have broken a shear pin inside the stack motor.
You mentioned left side in previous post and now you mention right side?
I have only seen it ones before and it was the left 5th bow motor that had sheared off the pin making the right 5th bow motor do all the work. The 5th bow is a lot lighter than the main stack so one motor manage to lift it anyway.
This shear pin is not available as a spare part from Saab but the whole motor unit needs to be replaced to a parts cost of $1349.00 plus labor so it's nothing that you just throw in there to try with.
In my case I managed to take the motor/gear box apart and install a roll pin instead of that broken one and it has been working since then.
That is as much as I can guess without looking at it.
