I have a two 99 9-3. For my wife's car I ordered snow tires and steel wheels from Tirerack. They worked fine. I did not like their wheel covers so I purchased some Saab wheel covers on EBay. They were new, not very expensive and look great. For my car I purchased a set of used Saab steel wheels and wheel covers locally they were off a 94 900, the person had upgraded to 16" wheels. I did a Google search for used Saab wheels and found a private seller near by. I took the wheels to my local tire store and purchased snow tires from them. They do the change over free every year for both cars because I purchased my snow tires and summer tires for my wife's car from them. Both sets are 15". Both methods worked very well for me. Tirerack was great to deal with and shipped very quickly. The tire store’s free change over save a lot of money over time compared to nearly $40 at the dealer.
