It's huge price differences between dealer full retail price and people that do it themself buying parts online, as you can see from the responses.

It is not too unbeleiveable that you need both new front rotors and pads at this mileage since the original Saab pads eat rotors for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It would cost about $320.00 parts and labor at my shop for the front including pads and rotors.

It is not likely that you need new rear brake rotors at this time (or even pads) but until each of us responding to you have had a chance to see the car, we can't say for sure.

The rear brake rotors and pads usually last for a long time, and the brake rotors can be machined instead of replaced and that would save you some money.

New pads and machine rotors would come up to about $160.00 and if you did need new rotors it would be $270.00

If you have the front brakes replaced at a Saab dealer (or indy), tell them to install the new front pad that came out in 2005. It is a less abrasive pad that makes the rotors last longer and create less dust. Part number 12759808. It is also priced $6.00 less than the pad originally installed on your car.
