This is my baby. I'm not going to say I haven't put some money into it, but with the mileage it's expected. Mainly wear and tear items (aside from the flood last year) have been done since 1999 when I bought it with 65,000.
I also have a '99 9-3 convertible with 60,000. Only big (but not expensive) repair was the top a month or so ago. Bought it in 2002 with 38,000.
My mom's last car was a '97 900SET conv. and the only issues in some 100,000 miles were the DI Cassette and the idler pulley failing. Kind of big repairs, but unfortunately common. She just traded it with 170,000 for a 2001 9-3 conv. with 21,000.
Last but not least was my '80 900T that sort of retired itself with about 150,000...needed a new turbo. A repair I could not afford back then.
Keep the faith, your car will return the love.
