I just replaced mine, never thought of repeating the procedure!

I really stressed about swapping this thing out, the bolts were so rusted I went and bought all manner of cutting wheels and even a recip saw & blades. I started cutting the bolts with a dremel tool, never even put a wrench on them...when the cutting wheel broke halfway through the bold I snapped off the end with a socket. I figured what the hell and put the socket on the next bolt and it turned enough to get the clamp off.

I used the socket on the other bolts and again snapped one off and got the other to turn a bit.

Thinking I'd never have to do this procedure again, I just bolted the new clamps up without stainless bolts or even locktite. sheesh, now maybe I'd end up doing this again in another year? blech.

The best was, after replacing the pipe, and being amazed at how quiet the car was, and how used to the noise I'd become...my wife gets in the car and says "is it quieter?"
