My general suggestion is to find someone who only does European cars who charges way too much. You want someone who is very particular.
Next you need a good... no great... paint match. The right guy will spray some tests and check paint match, adjust, retest, adjust again, etc. In many cases, they blend the bumper into the adjoining hood & fenders when repairing to get seamless match. Talk to the body man about it and see what he says. The story he tells will help you decide if he's good. He may tell you that your color matches well without the blend but he will base his decisions on your particular color/paint; The wrong guy will tell you that it doesn't matter.
As another decision factor, tell the guy that you've heard that plastics exude some sort of release agent leftover fromthe molding process and that repainted bumpers often peel paint in a few years during the hot summer months. See what he says. The guy who knows what he's doing will be familiar with this issue and will discuss the ups and downs and tell you what he can and can't do, if the bumper comes preprimed, etc. The wrong guy will look at you like you have two heads when you mention release agents.
