I went to Autozone and the guy there did a reading for my Check Engine Light. He said the manufacturer's code was P1624, and then he said the O2 circuit has a slow response in bank one, sensor one. I looked up P1624 and it says it's an autmatic transmission related emissions code. I'm confused. If it is the O2 sensor, should I not drive it at all, or is it OK to drive it say on a long trip to Cleveland (200 miles) to have my brother's dealer fix it. If not, would an indy mechanic be able to fix it and where can I get the part cheaply.
Thanks,
Atul
