What you are talking about is not a slight leak, not even 4 days loosing a full reservoir is considerd slight.
Yes it can be tough to find leaks sometimes and I have had my share of trying different approches, but I doubt that it will help with head bolt retorque in your case.
The leak is too big to be a seeping head gasket and your 95 doesn't have the bad head bolts that so many posts talks about.
If the head gasket is leaking that much, it wouldn't be too difficult to find by putting the pressure tester on the cooling system and leave it overnight and see if any coolant is present around the head gasket or inside the combustion chambers.
And if it is the head gasket leaking that much, with that many miles on the car I would also suggest to replace the gasket rather than trying the retorque route, so don't be too hard on your shop if they don't sound to enthusiastic about it.
It could be that too much fiber has been eaten away from the head gasket by the leak and you will not cure that by a retorque, but might damage the cylinder head instead.
