Yes , thats what im leaning to now the rear window as everything else has checked ok ..shock tower is dry as a bone ..(water tested ) as is the moon roof drain hose and the plug area in the floor....tail light is dry and to far back to be the cause anyways(no water on or around this Taillight area ) I sealed the gas filler area completely ( the opening and neck etc) with a good silicone, No leaks in the hatch gasket its alwatys dry all around no water running down into the trunk area I water tested that area too...sooooo Im thinking as you said the window gasket seems to make sense as the water is comiing from uop above between the wheel well and fender ..unless there is a hole in the weld it must be the window...so how do you access it annd how do you fix it???
