It is a fault code for fluctuations in charge air pressure. Instructions are to check the BPV control hose and the solenoid control valve* that it goes to, then then to the TB. The BPV can be inspected for a torn diaphragm by connecting a small hose and applying suction by mouth. No reference is made to charge air temp at all. Small VAC lines can rot out from age and heat.

Description of the problem suggests that the BPV could be fluttering as the CEL is specific to fast pressure changes. In the later years the T7 has a combined air temp and pressure sensor near the BPV. See that it is secure and its wiring and connectors are good. The senor that reports the fault is a pressure sensor.

As you have made mods, check that involved items are as they should be.
