Only if it needs it. And that's an extra charge.
It is not the serpentine belt that is the issue but the idler pulleys.
The serpentin belt last almost forever but the idler pulleys don't and at 60K, the pulleys might already have been replaced ones.
So I listen to the bearings and decide if it is time or not.
The dealer doesn't replace the belt or pulleys either even though it kind of gives you that impression in the service manual.
Just replacing the belt is plain foolish since you can easily see the degradation of the belt with a quick look. But if you go in there replacing the belt, at least the upper ribbed pulley should be replaced and maybe the flat bigger pulley on the tensioner (9-3/9-5).
