First check small VAC line from TB to FPR, then from TB to MAP sensor. Old hoses can be hard, so when removing from plastic parts, carefully cut the hose away to avoid breaking things. The PCV valve cover black nylon tee will be very brittle from contamination, age and heat.
7/32" VAC line hose from the hardware store will work fine
if you use 6ES plugs they should burn clean with highway miles after you fix the problem
7ES plugs run cooler and are not recommended, even if suppliers or the owner's manual state otherwise. This plug always runs dark or fouls and probably will not recover after fixing a fouling problem.
Use Techron a couple of times after problem is fixed as the combustion chambers and piston crowns will be fouled too. And then check the oil after that as it may be sooty and might need changing early... could have fuel contamination too.
