Oil cooler lines

It is common, so are rusted out power steering lines. Both are in the same area. If you drive with snow and road salt, one or both will eventually rust through.
If you remove the two air shields under the car, you can see and inspect the oil cooler lines and the lower section of the power steering pressure line where they run behind the bumper. You can also see the other end of the lines where they go into the oil filter housing, right above the frame.
To get good access to work on the oil cooler, you have to remove the grille, corner and headlights, and the bumper. There is a plastic access panel behind the bumper.
Pic below is from my car, view from below with airshield off... note the old oil on the front cross member of the subframe, which should be red, and the rusted power steering line.
I can give you more directions if you need them, but I would suggest finding out where the oil is coming from b/f you tear everything apart, and making sure you have the flare nut wrenches or whatever else you need to work on the ends of the lines.
