First of all teflon tape is not a proper way to fix worn sway bar bushings; they should be replaced. Hard to say what the squeeking noise is without actually hearing it. The first things I would suspect are... 1. possible dried up (lack of grease) ball joint or tie rod end 2. Bad strut mount, and 3. dried up sway bar bushings. You may be able to find the noise yourself if you look under the car and have someone jounce the suspension.
