The rear is a semi-live axle. It's geometry hardly changes if at all when lowered.
In the front there is only adjustment for the toe-in via the tie-rod ends. When the front end it lowered, the camber will be changed. To change that, one needs to move the upper mount or pull the subframe in. The former has been done a couple of times on this BB and the later never reported.
As for the toe-in, very little. With harder bushings and lower profile tires, stock toe-in could create tire grip problems in the wet or snow. I prefer less toe-in. Others will want the toe-n to preload the tire sidewalls to get more immediate turn response.
Viggen/17" wheel toe-in spec is 1.3mm +/- .3mm or .05" +/-.01" or .07 +/- .02 degrees; Camber -0.80 degrees, +/- 0.80 (With camber, it is more important to get it the same on both sides to not have any cross camber pulling to one side).
