The starting situation could be a few things. First, pull out the battery and take it to any auto parts store and have them test it.
Then, while the battery is out, remove the panel on the side of the center console in the passenger-side footwell and inspect the wiring harness that runs down in that area. THE BATTERY MUST BE DISCONNECTED WHEN YOU INSPECT THIS WIRING! Occasionally, that harness will chafe against the metal structural member under the dash and along the inside of the center console. If there's any insulation mission, each wire will need to be very carefully re-wrapped with electrical tape to prevent them from touching either the structure or each other. If you inspect it with the battery connected, you will run the risk of shorting out several of the wires in this harness and starting a fire.
Another possibility is that the ignition switch may be showing signs of failure. It you search "ignition switch" on this board, you'll find good troubleshooting help.
Let us know how it goes!
