For the typical driver Mobil 1 5W-30 or 10W-30 would be OK. Mobil 1 0W-40 offers better film strength and is the factory recommended oil for the 9-3SS and is used by many on this BB. For a modified vehicle or an enthusiast driver, Mobil 1 15W-50 would also be acceptable for Atlanta, though may pose a problem for vehicles left outside in colder climates.
Personally, I use Mobil 1 0W-40 in my Saabs.
