I had similar experiences to JayJ with Mobil 1 in other turbo vehicles, though I was not using the 0W40 product; I was using 5W30.
The suggestions to check the oil pump are good. But, also be sure to let it idle down at least 30 seconds before shutting it off. You might even do better to let it idle a minute or two. This lets the oil circulate a bit more and cool things down.
Finally, there are a few places in the St. Louis area that have "BG" engine flush systems (http://www.bgprod.com/products/engineoil.html). I've been pleased by their products in the past, though I've never used the engine flush system. But, possibly you could contact BG to find out if there are any places in Chicago that offer this service and see if you might actually trust them.
