on drivers side of engine, probably from the factory.
Very common, but unknown if any damage has resulted.
If the coolant & oil look good, maybe gamble an hour of labor at an good Saab indy to retorque or replace headbolts, and have them evaluate for sludge possibilities.
If low miles = all short trips the oil would consider that severe service and would need to be maintained thusly.
