POSTING AGAIN for head bolt retorque questions

As soon as weather breaks, I plan on retorqueing the headbolts on my 1999 93se convert (90k miles). I believe they have never been done yet.
I noticed some oil seepage on front drivers side of head (near cam end plug) and on cam end plug.
After doing a lot of reading and searches on forum I am still left with a few questions.
Do I need to replace the gaskets (both or just outer?) if they seem to be still in good shape?
There are 2, an inner and an outer. Prices in Can. from dealer are $54 for outer and $25 for inner.
Thanks again,
GHP
