The snap ring is installed correctly. The ring and o-ring do not seem to be part of the equation. Only the main seal.
What seems odd is that the pulley shaft could receive that much wear to start leaking. I only have 9,000 on the main pulley and it appears to be quite worn where the seal doesn't work. I am stumped. I don't think it is prudent to keep throwing parts at this.
