I have a '96 900s Convertible. I took the car into a local mechanic (not saab specific though) today for a (long standing 'cause I've been broke) check engine light. This is from their notes: They found error codes PO411, PO140 and PO303 (secondary air system malfunction, O2 sensor malfunction and cylinder #3 misfire, respectively). They found both O2 sensors test out of specification at harness and at sensor but have different results at each place. Both sensors test with same reading and reading does not match given specification. They tested the harness as best as possible and found harness appears to have open circuit for O2 sensor connection to ECM. They were unable to discern wires harness issue from O2 sensor malfunction at this time with given wiring specifications.
They recommend I take it to a dealer. I plan to do so in the next few days unless someone here can help me out. Please!!!
Thanks so much!
Micah
