Deal with the SAI problems first. This could be causing the issues with the O2 sensors and you could be wasting money by replacing them if they are ok. Fix any SAI problems and then reset the codes by pulling fuse 28 for a half hour. If you still have the O2 codes then you'll have to address them.
The P0411 code indicates that the ECU is not sensing the correct O2 levels when the SAI is operating. I get this code a couple times a year because I removed the SAI plumbing from my son's 1996S.
Check that the SAI pump runs and the hoses are not blocked or leaking. There are 2 valves that can cause problems. One is at the base of the radiator and the other is just at the end of the metal SAI manifold pipe. This 2nd one is a check valve that prevents exhaust gasses from back flowing through the SAI system. The control valve at the base of the radiator is operated by manifold vacuum and an electric switch on the firewall. In my son's car it was ruined from a leaking battery, so I just disconnected the whole works and plugged the manifold pipe.
