Experience with CPO Warranty Service

Purchased an '02 93 with about 15 months and lots of miles left on the CPO warranty. I'm compiling a list of things to check when I bring it in for its next service. Whirling cabin fan, possible shock bushing, etc. What's the general exprerience on how willing are dealers to fix things under warranty? Does it vary by dealer (besides the assumption that the dealer you buy from would be more willling than another dealer)? Is there any incentive for a dealer not to fix something? How minor is too minor to complain about? eg. my rotors are groved and my ACC display is intermittantly missing a few icons.
