Make sure that they didn't put the torch on so-long that they damage the outer tyre-rod (wheel side)both. When the tyre-rod joint are manufactured there is a plastic socket that holds the ball of the joint that is encased in metal. Look under the wheel wells and inspect the rubber or plastic cap that covers the joint. You know how your car felt before the repair thec. worked on it. Don't take NO for an answer. Also, paint the metal rod after you get the problem fixed or it will be even more of a disaster later.
