is associated with your tonneau motor, convienently buried in front of the right side tail light, access thru trunk after you remove the liner.
The problem is the mounting plate to which the motor itself is attached is a bit flimsey, over time it twists and the gears skip, grinding and making a racket. It's possible to remove the motor assembly and re-twist the monuting plate back to it's original shape. Here's a link to the fix after assembly is removed. Removal of the motor assembly is covered in other Saab pdf files found here and there, it's somewhat advanced DIY but not impossible. The kit is cheap, you may already have it mounted, but the mounting plate can still twist over time even with the kit installed.
