Engine misfires when started cold

I have a 2003 Saab convertible (less than 30K miles) and the engine misfires when it is started. It only does that when the engine is cold (for example when the car sits in the garage overnight). The misfiring lasts a few seconds and then all is good. Once the misfiring is over, the car runs great. The car has been to the dealer several times but so far they have not been able to fix the problem. They have changed the ignition cassette, the spark plugs and also a sensor (I can't remember which one) so far. Any idea what could cause this problem? Thanks!
