95 Goose original CD not working.

Hi all, need some help but first some background. Have a 95 900 SE convert (V6). Just replaced the ignition switch electrical unit so had to disconnect the neg. batt. terminal, remove the driver's seat, remove the between-seats and environmental dash cover housings for access, etc. Tagged everything, switch swap took forever but went fine, reconnected everything (as far as I know), put everything back together, and reconnected the battery. Car started fine. When I re-entered the radio code I made a mistake, so had to re-set the system and re-enter. Now, radio works but CD player (standard equipment type, located in trunk) is not working, not getting any power as far as I can tell. All connections OK as far as I can see without removing the housings again. Now the question: Is there something that anyone can think of (other than my again having to remove the terminal, seat, and housings to re-check for loose or unconnected leads) that I may not have done properly to begin with? Any fuses or problems w/ re-set codes? Anything? I just want to make sure I have all bases covered before having to spend two or three hours removing seats and covers to track down some bonehead thing I did. As usual, thanks in advance for any and all help. Hope you're all enjoying your summer.
