and I'm not sure why...? seems to only do it when I'm going 50mph or faster, and usually after the car has been warm for about 15min. sometimes it's bad, sometimes not. the car started doing this maybe 6mo ago.
I used to think it was my Forge BPV, I would add grease to the orings, and it would help for a while, but that turned out to not be the problem/solution. I replaced the forge w/a stock bosch unit, and it still does it. I pulled the negative batt cable for 10min and reset everything, and that didn't fix the problem. I replaced the spark plugs 2wks ago.
So now I'm out of ideas. maybe the DIC is going bad? It's only a little over a year old. the only thing I see is the boost gauge drop and then go back to normal, so I figure it's something to do w/the turbo system, not the engine itself.
Waste gate? my vacuum lines seem to be good (I replaced a lot of them w/silicone). there's no idle air valve on T7, so...any ideas guys?
Thanks,
Seth
