I mean that usually when I have the cruise set at anything above 50mph, the car will surge (boost gauge falls then recovers). I'm really leaning towards the throttle body now; I just have to decide if I wanna replace it or see if I can clean/repair it (it's "clean" inside, no major deposits). Sounds like the wiper arm assy, but I've read that that part isn't accessible? I'm an electrician, I'll pull it apart and see what I can see :)
