I'm living with this right now myself.
Actually after purchase at 66K, with newish front brakes, mine shook at hi speeds - a couple hard near stops, along with conscious hard braking when possibly, cleared mine off, good for almost 80K.
Now with new OEM rotors and Mintex pads, I'm sure I've got deposits after about a month of smooth braking.
You could try to burn the junk off with a series of 60 - 5mph (avoid applying pads to rotors at a stop when hot if possible).
Or replace pads, have rotors turned (cleaned)? I might go this route before replacing my new rotor$.
Try a new type of pad? I've had Akebono recommended here.
