1) Driving style. Using the brakes too much or riding the brakes will warp rotors
2) If you re-used old pads rather replacing at the same time as the rotor might do this
3) Unbalanced rims due to loss of weights or build up of dirt in the hub can do this
4) Loose caliper mounting screws can bend rims (ask me how I know)
5) Loose axle bolt cn mimick this
6) Bent rim can do this
7) Uneven tire where can do this
8) Bad tie rod ends can do this
9) Loose or overly tightenned wheel bolts can do this
10) Bad alignment in some cases can do this
11) Grossly dissimilar air pressures from side to side can do this
12) A bubble in a tire can do this
13) And my favorite...Balancing tires only on the inside or only with glue on weights in the middle can do this. Tires need to be professionaly balanced with weights inside and out. If you try to spare your rims the damage of weight being hammered on to the outer surface you will get this problem over and over again no matter what you check and what you replace.
