Use some top quality fuel injector stuff and get yourself a nice car cover. Also some mice traps/poison on the ground in or around the engine, wheels etc. so they don't "move in"
Car will be fine. When you get it up and running in the spring maybe a tune-up and some injector cleaner to get things straightened out almost like its a "break-in" period on a new car.
And finally... good call storing the beast for the winter ;) I'm sure the next owner, if any will appreciate it ;)
