Idler Pulley Choices: Wazee, Feb Bilstein, ScanTech....

Hello.
Continuing with my preventive maintenance program for recently purchased 98 and 99 2.0L turbos. BTW this site is DIY great. Next upper idler pulleys. Some posters report the Al Wazee is better. Others says it is the bearing/bushing that seizes and it is best to have plastic because it will melt, better than having the belt melt on Al siezed pulley and then cover remaining pulleys with belt melt. Any thoughts?
Also the great supplier eeuroparts has Febi Bilstein and Scan Tech plastic. Are they all 60K replacments? Of the three which should I buy?
Thanks
