Growing up in the So. Utah desert my whole life you learn a few more things.
- Like EGD said... Watch your battery life, the heat kills your battery and likes to surprise you in the winter cold just to remind you how hot it was last summer.
- Keep your dash protected with armorall and a sunshade if you're leaving it for a couple of days ungaraged.
- Keep a rag in the pocket of your seat so you can touch the steering wheel and shifter until your a/c cools everything off. Tuck in your shirt when you sit down if you have leather seats.(Nothing like a burnt ass-cheek to wake you up for the ride home from work.)
- Watch your oil levels and consumption and usually the owners manual will recommend a different oil weight if you live in extreme climates
Enjoy my "Homeland" and drink lots of water!!!
