Clutch pedal goes down and stays down. Almost seems like it "springs" down, i.e. like the spring mechanism of the clutch is causing it to shoot to the floor. One person suggested trying to manually "pump" the clutch, but that didn't seem to do anything. Actually the clutch seemed to "spring" back up, i.e. missing the damping feel of the clutch fluid resisting the motion of coming back up.
I removed the plastic piece under the dash to take a look, but not seeing any obvious leaks or broken bits. Tried to flashlight around the engine, but still no siting of fluid leaks.
Thanks again for all the feedback.
Still sound like a clutch master cylinder problem or clutch slave cylinder problem?
