Car: 2001 Saab 9-3 base coupe.

I have been having a problem recently where the throttle will stick and the car will idle at between 1200 and 1600 RPM rather than 950 as it would normally. The strange bit is that it only "sticks" at this higher RPM when it is driven for a while and then comes to a stop. The next weird aspect of it is that when it is idling high (while the car is stopped) I can tap the gas and it will return down to the normal idle. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

FYi: I have also been getting a P0101 code on my car. I just haven't had any time to take a look at it yet. Possibly related?
