These I would consider basic/easy DIY projects:
1. Brake flush: you might need an assistant, brake fluid and a small metric wrench. I cannot recall the bleed port size, but is between 7-11mm.
2. Fuel Filter: buy it online and research it here. It is pretty straight forward. It is located under the rear passenger side right in front of the wheel, under the car.
3. Plugs: Super, super easy. Just make sure to not cross thread them, use the right plug, size the gap correctly, and you are good to go.
I would strongly recomment investing in a torque wrench when you get a chance.
The water pump is a little more advanced, I would consider that a mid-advance DIY job. I have never changed the Oil Pressure sensor, so I cannot comment on that. Come back here and make various post for you various questions as you tackle each issue.
Best of luck!
