1) Oil Change DIY - invest in some Rhino Ramps, a oil filter wrench, an oil catch basin and a six point 17mm socket to fit your torque wrench. Total cost ~$60-$80. Savings over a number of oil changes - priceless
2) Oil pressure sensor - Buy one from eEuroparts - install DIY - disconnect old one, unscrew, replace with new one, reconnect (do it during an oil change!).
3) Plugs - very easy (need some anti-seize compound, some di-electric grease) - remove DIC, remove old plugs, put a little anti-seize on the threads of the new properly gapped plugs - install, torque to 20 ft-lbs. - place a pea size dollop of di-electric grease in the DIC tube - replace the DIC and you are done!
4) Tire Rotation - can be DIY, but small independent shops or tire shops will be cheaper, than the dealer! Balance - find a place that does Hunter Road-Force Balancing! The place I bought my tires from rotates and balances them for free, every 6.000 mi.
Brake Flush and Water Pump - addressed in other posts. Find a good local indie!!
