Ok, another week by and the car is still down. I just have not had the time to really get into it. The wiring loom has been disconnected from the engine. And for a beginner like me, under a shade tree that is progress with the cold winds cutting. Undid my glove box and unraveled the tape on the loom to take a quick look. I saw, well a hundred small wires, hmmm. Undid my cruise control box and threw in the trunk. That feeling that I have bit off more than I can chew just crept up on me. Be ready to break a few plastic connectors for some are just fused shut. Anyways its all ready for me on another day to feed the loom, very carefully, back into the cabin and try to find this J36 junction. Hopefully my soldering will be acceptable by then.
