have a '00 lpt auto w/75K
heater/ac distribution control -- needs replacement ($400 parts + labor) can't justify cost
engine mount ($150 + labor)
turbo seals (rebuilt turbo $350 + labor)
a/c compressor ($600 + labor)
auto shift cable assy ($170 + labor)
oil pressure sensor ($45 +labor)
water pump ($80 + labor)
rear door latch ($160 +labor)
these are common non-warranty failures - mostly (poor) design related - should have lasted to at least 100K
engine is prone to sludge (especially in colder climates) -- should have documented oil changes (synthetic M1 0-40) every 5000 miles
belts/brakes/pulleys/hoses/filters are routine maintenance -- all should have beeen replaced once or twice by 60K - should have the update to the PCV system #6 about ($70 parts + labor) and IDM (DIC) ignition module recall (free if done under recall $280 if not)
