There are a lot of noises from a lot of things on an engine and what you describe doesn't sound like a timing chain. Since it's extremely rare for timing chains to fail of these cars, especially on one with as low a mileage as yours, I'd suggest as far as the timing chain goes you should "forget-about-it" as other posts have suggested. If you have some issues with the serpentene belt/pulleys/tensioner you need to fix these first since the noises they would make come from the same general area and could "migrate" to the timiing chain area. The dimming lights thing could possibly be a bad cable/connection somewhere. The noisey fuel pump could be a partially plugged fuel filter since it gets louder as demand increases. I would pull the filter off and dump the contants from the tank side onto a white paper plate and see if you perhaps got some contaminated gas.
